Crock Pot Coca-Cola Baby Back Ribs

Ribs have never been easier or tastier than with this easy recipe for Crockpot BBQ Ribs!

I love my slow cooker. Always reliable, always making meals taste incredibly good with little effort, cooking your dinner so it’s ready when you walk in the door at the end of the day.

This Crock Pot Coke baby back rib recipe is the epitome of easy. All it takes is a can of the sweet stuff – Coke. After generously seasoning the baby’s ribs, pour the Coke into the slow cooker and the liquid will soften and caramelize the meat. Don’t forget to baste with BBQ sauce just before serving, and I guarantee you’ll eat every last bite of these ribs.

Ingredients

1 basket of baby back ribs
12 oz. of Coca-Cola
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 18-ounce bottle of barbecue sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Addresses

Spray the inside of the vessel with a non-stick spray or use a coating.
Season the ribs to taste with salt and pepper.
Wrap the ribs inside the electric cooker.
Mix the BBQ sauce and Coke in a bowl.
Pour the BBQ sauce and Coke over the ribs and simmer for 8-10 hours.
