Crock Pot Cube Steak

Cube steak with sauce is the best recipe for a hassle-free weekend dinner. Tender, tasty and goes perfectly with mashed potatoes!
CROCKPOT CUBED STEAK AND GRAVY

This food is not only cheap, it’s one of those “put and forget” meals. You can throw everything in your slow cooker and dinner will be ready when you are!

TIPS FOR COOKING IN THE CROCK-POT

This is one of those arrangements and forget about the slow cooker recipes. It helps to have an electric digital cooker these days. You can cook it for a certain amount of time and then set it to stay hot automatically.

WHAT CAN I SERVE WITH A DICED STEAK?

I have to serve this cubed steak and sauce with my million dollar mashed potatoes and cover it with the sauce. Or, maybe you want something a little lighter? Then maybe my ITALIAN GREEN BEANS, BACON GREEN BEANS, or MAP GREEN CARROTS. My favorite part of this recipe? The sauce. Oh mercy, the sauce. Me and salsa, it’s a love thing. Make sure you try my CROCK POT CHOPS & GRAVY. It’s all about the sauce, baby!

Ingredients:

6 bucket fillets
1 medium onion, peeled and cut into rings
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 package of Lipton onion soup.
1/2 can of water soup
salt and pepper

Instructions:

Peel, cut and separate the rings from a medium-sized onion.
Salt and pepper in each meat cube.
Place two beef cubes in the bottom of the pot.
Cover with onions and repeat. Separate each addition of meat with onions. This will help separate them later and prevent them from becoming a mass together from a filet cube.

In a separate bowl, add the cream of the soups and water and mix. Pour the soup mixture over the meat…
Sprinkle the onion soup mixture on top, put the lid on the pot and put it on low heat.
Soon your kitchen will start smelling delicious and 6-7 hours later you will have dinner! Add a side of mashed potatoes to help enjoy the sauce and a salad or green vegetable and you are ready to eat.

Note: If you like cream of mushroom soup, I’m sure you can use it too. As for me, I’m not a fan, so I opted for a different combination
