These Reese’s cheesecake brownies are to die for. Yeah, they’re good! Yeah, they’re full of candy! Yeah, they’re a peanut butter lover’s dream! Yeah, they’re perfect! Have a tall glass of milk when you sit down with one of these bars! This would feed a good crowd since you only need a small piece.
⅓ cup of water
¼ cup of cocoa powder
2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
½ cup of butter
1 cup plus 2 T. of granulated sugar
¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 slightly beaten egg + 1 yolk
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup plus 6 T. of all-purpose flour
½ cup of semi-sweet potatoes
½ Reese’s chip cup
10 mini cups of chopped bp
1 pound cream cheese, mild
2 eggs plus half of a third egg (just beat the third egg and pour half)
¾ cups of brown sugar, firmly packed
½ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup of heavy cream
½ Spoonful of vanilla
5 full-size peanut butter cups, cut in half
Reese’s peanut butter chips
a handful of peanuts, chopped
Preheat the oven to 325F
An 8×8 frying pan with non-stick paper hanging over the edges for easy removal at a later date.
In a pan, heat the water over low heat.
Add the cocoa and chocolate.
Remove from the heat and stir gently.
In a large bowl, melt the butter in the microwave.
Add the sugar and vanilla.
Add the chocolate mixture.
Add the egg/yolk and salt, stirring well.
Add the flour to combine.
Pour into the pan and bake for 20 minutes. (it will not cook completely)
Let it cool down for a few minutes and carefully place the chips and PB cups on top of the brownie.
Beat the cream cheese in the blender bowl until smooth.
Add the eggs, one at a time.
Add the sugar, peanut butter and cream. Mix until smooth.
Add the vanilla.
Pour the filling into the pan.
Bake for approximately 45-50 minutes.
Chill at least 8 hours.
Sprinkle the chocolate sauce and cover with candy/nuts.
