Recipe for: Tony
“I’ve used dill on breads and I love the taste, but one day while making burgers, I wondered if I could use real pickles. Here’s my creation using dill pickle juice for half the water for the deluxe version. Enjoy!”
1 cup of hot water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
1 dill pickle, chopped
1 tablespoon of butter, softened
1 tablespoon of dry chopped onion
1 teaspoon of dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 1/8 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Put the ingredients in the bread machine tray in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
Use white bread, medium crust.
