1 box of yellow cake mix
1 small box of Instant Lemon Pudding
1 1/2 cups 7 Up
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups of powdered sugar
1 tablespoon. Lemon juice
2 tablespoons. Milk
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Spray a 10-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine all cake ingredients.
Mix until well combined.
Pour batter into baking pan.
Bake for about 45-55 minutes (until toothpick or fork inserted comes out clean).
Allow to cool completely and then remove from pan.
In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar and lemon juice.
Add milk slowly until it reaches the desired consistency.
Pour it over the cake.
