Ingredients

- ▢12 ounces mushrooms brown or white, sliced
- ▢salt and ground pepper to taste
- ▢2 cloves garlic minced
- ▢3 sprigs fresh thyme or 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

- ▢½ cup chicken broth
- ▢⅔ cup heavy cream
- ▢1 tablespoon cornstarch
- ▢3 tablespoons fresh parsley
