Kielbasa’s aluminum foil garlic roasting packs are a delicious and easy way to roast a whole meal at once. Seasoned Kielbasa, potatoes and corn on the cob, all grilled to perfection and ready to eat in 35 minutes!
1 package of garlic kielbasa (fully cooked)
2 well washed potatoes
2 small sweet peppers (red, orange or yellow)
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 ears of corn on the husked cob
Preheat the grill to 350F (medium heat).
Cut kielbasa into 1-inch thick medallions.
Chop the potatoes into half-inch pieces.
Cut the peppers into small pieces.
In a large bowl, combine the prepared kielbasa, potatoes and peppers. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and seasonings, then pour the ingredients into the large bowl; mix to coat everything in the oil and seasonings.
Cut 4 large rectangles from aluminum foil. Divide the kielbasa mixture evenly among the 4 pieces of aluminum foil. Add 2 pieces of corn on the cob to each. Fold the aluminum foil over the ingredients, then roll and fold the edges to close the package.
Roast the packages on one side over medium heat for 12 minutes, then turn over and roast for another 12 minutes. Carefully open one side of one of the packages and test the potatoes to make sure they are soft. If the potatoes are soft, the packages are finished cooking. If not, continue to bake, checking every few minutes until the potatoes are done.
Cool them for 5 minutes, then carefully open each package and serve.
