These Carne Asada street tacos are incredibly delicious and so easy to make! The marinade is what gives them the authentic taste of street tacos!
Ingredients
2 pounds of round roast beef cut into 1/4 parts.
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup Pico de Gallo
1/2 cup of lime juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of chopped garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of chili powder
1 teaspoon of cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion (for dressing)
Cilantro
Corn tortillas
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine lime juice, lemon juice, orange juice, apple vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, chili powder, cumin and cayenne bell pepper.
Place the steak in a bowl and marinate for 3 hours.
Once marinated, cut the steak in 1/4 parts.
Turn on the instant pot to stir-fry.
Add the oil and 1/2 cup of onions and sauté for 2 minutes, stirring a few times.
Turn off the Instant Pot.
Add the meat to the instant pot and place it in the meat or stew.
Adjust to 6 minutes.
Let pressure cook for 15 minutes.
Once done, remove meat and place in a bowl.
Take some coriander leaves and chop them.
Add the cilantro to 1/4 cup of onions and mix.
Take a tortilla and put some meat in it, as well as the onion, cilantro mixture and pico de gallo. Enjoy!
