LEMON BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE DESSERT

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

CRUST :
Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar in a medium bowl until well blended. Transfer to a 13″ x 9″ baking dish and press down firmly to form crust. Bake until edges are lightly browned, about 14 minutes. Set aside to cool completely before filling.

CHEESECAKE :
Use an electric mixer to beat together cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Stir in whipped topping and blend until well blended. Spread cheesecake mixture over prepared crust.
Place blueberry filling on top of cheesecake filling, spreading evenly. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Cut into squares and serve.
