The Millionaire’s Cake is one of the family favorites. A rich creamy base is loaded with nuts, coconut, pineapple and cherries. You’ll need about 5 minutes to prepare this cake and it doesn’t need to be baked.
Ingredients
▢1 prepared the graham cracker crust
▢1 cup of sweetened coconut flakes
▢1 15.25oz can crushed pineapple, well-drained
▢1 cup maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
▢1/2 cup chopped nuts
▢1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk 14 oz
▢5 tablespoons lemon juice
▢1 tablespoon maraschino cherry juice
▢1 1/2 cups of whipped topping and more for garnish if desired
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine coconut, crushed pineapple, maraschino cherries, nuts, sweetened condensed milk (Eagle brand), lemon juice and maraschino cherry juice.
Gently fold in the whipped topping. Pour into the crust.
Cover with additional whipped topping and cherries if desired. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
