1 stick of butter (8 spoons)
1 cup of water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1c of flour
MOM’S FAMOUS STUFFING:
1 pint of heavy cream
1 package (3.4 UNCES) of instant vanilla pudding
⅓ cup of milk

Bring the butter, water and vanilla to a boil.
Add the flour and stir constantly until it comes out of the side of the pot and forms a ball.
Remove and cool.
Beat 4 eggs, one at a time until soft.
T. into parchment-lined cookie sheets
Bake at 400 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
LET IT COOL DOWN.
Cut in half and pipette or spoon into Mom’s filling.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Beat the cream, pudding powder and milk in a mixer until it thickens like whipped cream.
