If you don’t feel like cooking and you still want to make a good meal for your family, try this chicken and potato green bean casserole. It worked for me!
Easy, with peas and delicious! When I made this pan of chicken, green beans and potatoes, I added some cheese on top of the potatoes because my kids love them that way. Try it, you won’t regret it.
You’ll need it:
3 skinless chicken breasts cut in half.
2 cans of green beans, drained.
6 large red skinned potatoes cut into quarters.
1 package of spicy Italian dressing mix.
1 stick of melted butter
Place the chicken in the center of a 9×13 skillet and place the green beans on your right and the potatoes on your left.
Cover with the Italian dressing mixture and drizzle with butter.
In a preheated oven at 350°, bake the chicken covered with aluminium foil for 1 hour and serve hot. Voilà!
