INGREDIENTS
3 medium bananas, peeled and frozen
2 cups (490g) of milk (I prefer whole milk)
1/2 cup (129g) creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons of honey
INSTRUCTIONS
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix for 30 seconds-1 minute.
Serve immediately.
