Pepperoni and Mozzarella Pull-Apart Bread

Ingredients:

1/3 cup of favorite flavor immersion oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 (16 ounces) pkgs of pre-made pizza dough or homemade pizza dough
1 package of sliced pepperoni 1 package of grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
Separate the pizza dough into small bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl add your favorite flavored dipping oil. Mix the dough pieces in oil to cover them slightly.
Layer the pieces of dough at the bottom of a container or fluted tube, the next layer of sliced pepperoni, grated cheese and sprinkle with garlic powder. Repeat the layers again, and finish with the last layer of dough pieces.
Bake in preheated oven until bread is golden brown and baked in the center, 30-40 min.
Remove from the oven, and invert the pan on a cutting board; the bread will fall out of the pan in one piece.
Serve separating the bread into individual portions with optional marinara sauce on the side.
I usually layer until about 2/3 of the pan is full. He’s definitely planning on feeding a hungry crowd. You can reduce the ingredients if you choose to feed a smaller crowd. You can serve it hot or at room temperature.
