Pumpkin and Walnut Half-moon Rolls are half-moon rolls filled with pumpkin puree, chopped nuts, and brown sugar – delicious breakfast, snack, or the holiday side, or the autumn gift!
8-ounce tube refrigerated crescent rolls
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon of butter , melted
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Cover a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Carefully unroll and separate the crescent rolls.
Spread some pumpkin puree on one side of each triangle. Then sprinkle each with brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
Roll from the bottom of the triangle to the tip.
Place on baking sheet and bake for 12-13 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and spread with melted butter, if desired.
