The Rolo candy melted between two Ritz crackers…
INGREDIENTS :
10 Rolo candies
20 Ritz Crackers
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place half of the Ritz crackers on an upside-down baking sheet, and cover each one with a Rolo.
- Bake for 3 to 5 minutes, until the chocolate is soft and does not melt.
- 4. Remove from oven and immediately cover with remaining cookies, and press down to create a sandwich.
- 5. Cool completely.
