Slow Cooker Beef Stew

The best beef stew ever! Loaded with tender chunks of meat, vegetables and a tasty broth, it’s a perfect and cozy comfort food!

Ingredients

2 pounds of beef stew meat, (cut into bite-size pieces)
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of pepper
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1 cup of kechup
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 teaspoon of Adobo (found on the Spanish island)
1 large onion, finely chopped
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
6 ounce can of tomato and garlic paste
32 ounces of meat broth
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 cups of baby carrots
4-5 small potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tablespoon of dried parsley
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 cup of corn
1/4- 1/2 cup of cornstarch

Directions

Put all ingredients in the slow cooker – EXCEPT the corn
Stir to make sure everything mixes well with the seasonings.
Cook on LOW for 10 hours or on HIGH for 6-7 hours.
Once cooked (about 30 minutes before you plan to serve) add 1/4- 1/2 cup of cornstarch depending on how much you want to thicken the stew, start with the 1/4 of mixture well, add more to thicken more.
Finally, add the corn. Continue cooking covered for 30 minutes or so.
