Ingredients
▢1 pound of spaghetti
Sauce
▢2 tablespoons of olive oil
▢1 small onion, chopped
▢4 chopped garlic cloves
▢28 ounces of canned whole Italian tomatoes
▢28 ounce of crushed tomatoes
▢3 tablespoons of tomato paste
▢1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
▢½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
Meatballs
▢1 pound of lean ground meat
▢½ pound of ground pork
▢⅓ cup of seasoned bread crumbs
▢¼ cup finely chopped onion
▢1 egg
▢½ teaspoon of basil
▢2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
▢½ teaspoon salt and black pepper to taste
▢¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
▢1 tablespoon of olive oil for frying
