STRAWBERRY SLAB PIE

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Mix the flour, sugar, salt and butter until it crumbles.
Press on a tray and prick everything with a fork.
Bake for 22-25 minutes or until light brown.
Remove from oven and cool.
Add a gelatin, sugar, cornstarch, salt and Sprite to a pan over medium heat.
Bring to a boil and whisk until thickened.
Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
Cut the strawberries in slices.
Place them on the rind.
Pour the filling over the strawberries. Refrigerate them for 2 hours or until cooked.
Garnish with the beaten topping.
