I love chocolate, especially dark chocolate, so I always have something on hand to satisfy a craving when it comes.
But I often have trouble complying with the Weight Watchers Good Health Guide for Dairy (2 servings of fat-free dairy a day).
So, when I saw this suggestion from a leader in a recent Weight Watchers Weekly, it was a lightbulb moment: A way to enjoy creamy chocolate and increase my intake of fat-free dairy.
4 ounces fat-free natural Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of xylitol or the sweetener you prefer, I like Truvia.
Stir the yogurt, cocoa powder and sweetener of your choice until well mixed.
You may have to adjust the points depending on the type of yogurt and/or sweetener you use.
