Ingredients:
1/2 C finely chopped maraschino cherries Dry between several paper towels about 30 minutes.
1/2 C unsalted butter at room temperature
2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 C heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 C white chocolate chips
3/4 C + 2 tablespoons marshmallow cream
1 drop pink food coloring
