Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Potato wedges are seasoned and air-fried until crispy on the outside, tender on the inside!

Ingredients

▢3 small russet potatoes in their skins
▢3 tablespoons olive oil
▢1 teaspoon garlic powder
▢½ teaspoon parsley
▢½ teaspoon seasoned salt
▢pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Wash potatoes thoroughly and cut into 8 wedges (larger potatoes can be cut into 10 wedges).
Fill a large bowl with cold water and soak the wedges about 30 minutes. Drain very well and dry the potatoes with a kitchen towel or paper towel.
Toss the potatoes with the oil and seasonings.
Place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook 15 minutes. Shake basket and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes or so, until crisp.
