1/2 c. of butter, at room temperature
1 c. of granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
1 1/4 c. of all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
Pinch the kosher salt
1 c. mini chocolate chips
In a large bowl, using a hand blender, spread the butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy. Add the pumpkin and vanilla and mix until smooth.
Add the flour and pumpkin pie spice and season with a pinch of kosher salt. Mix until smooth.
Fold the chocolate chips and place them in a serving bowl.
