These adorable Halloween chocolate truffles are filled with rich, sweet and sour chocolate, covered with sparkles and only require 3 ingredients. The perfect and easy unbaked dessert for Halloween.
12 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips (about 60 of cocoa)
¼ cup unsalted sweet cream butter (softened)
1 cup of heavy whipped cream

Line a sheet of cookies with parchment paper. Put it aside.
Put the chocolate and butter in a large bowl. Put it aside.
Using a small frying pan, heat the whipped cream until it boils slightly.
Pour the hot whipped cream over the chocolate mixture in a bowl and let it rest for 2 minutes.
Using a whisk, stir the mixture until smooth.
Using a 9×9 baking pan, pour the mixture into the pan
Refrigerate for at least one hour (but three hours is ideal), or until firm enough to shape.
Pour the halloween splashes into a large bowl
Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop out some of the truffle mixture
Make a ball with the mixture you have in your hands…
Roll the truffle in the sprinkles
Put the ball on a prepared cookie sheet.
Repeat the steps until all the truffle mixture is used
Put each truffle in a container with an airtight lid.
Refrigerate for at least one hour. (or until firm)
Keep it in your refrigerator.
