This is a very easy dessert to make. If you like peanut butter, you’ll love this. It’s super rich and I’m sure a crowd will love it. I still have people talking about this dessert since the last time I made it. I hope you guys enjoy it too!
1 box of chocolate graham crackers
2 – 3 1/4 oz. packages of instant vanilla pudding
1 C creamy peanut butter
3 1/2 C milk
1 – 8 oz. contains Cool Whip, defrosted
1/2 C. Semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
2 tablespoons of melted butter
2 tablespoons white corn syrup
1/2 C powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons of milk
Spray the bottom of a 9×13-inch cake pan with cooking spray.
Place a layer of graham crackers on the bottom, cutting to completely cover the bottom.
In bowl, mix pudding, peanut butter and milk with electric mixer. Mix for 2 minutes. Stir in the cold shake.
Spread half of the pudding mixture over the first layer of cookies. Place a second layer of graham crackers on top. Put the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of cookies. Finish with a third layer of graham crackers.
Spread the frosting over the last layer of cookies up to the edge. Place in the refrigerator overnight to soften and moisten the cookies.
Cut and serve. Garnish with cups of peanut butter if desired.
In a small bowl of blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
This picture looks like they used graham crackers instead of the original flavor.”
