If you like pistachios, you’ll love these super easy to make with pistachio whipped cream. Light and airy with a hint of pistachio, they’re a great recipe when you have to make a dessert at the last minute or need to bring something that looks elegant but isn’t for office lunch.
White cake mix
Oil (use the amount ordered on the back of the cake mix)
Water (use the amount ordered on the back of the cake mix)
Eggs (use the amount ordered on the back of the cake mix)
1 small box of Pistachio Pudding
1/2 cup Pistachios (chopped)
Pistachio Ice Cream
Wilton 2D Decorating Tip
Prepare a box of White Cake Mix according to the instructions on the box but add the box of Pistachio Pudding to the mix before adding the wet ingredients.
Put the cake mix in the muffin tins.
Bake the muffins in a 350 degree oven for 18-20 minutes.
Make a batch of our Frosted Whipped Cream Pistachio
Add a swirl of frosting to the cupcakes using a Wilton 2D decorating tip.
Add a circle of chopped pistachios around the frosting swirl.
