The combination of salty and sweet Chex Mix candy, with just a touch of spicy cinnamon, makes this pumpkin snack mix perfect for fall. Pretzels, Bugles, Candy Corn, caramel M&M’s and more!
Ingredients
4 cups honey, nuts and Chex cereal
2 cups of pretzels
1 6-ounce bag of Caramel Bugles
1/4 cup butter (melted)
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 tablespoon spice pumpkin pie
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
An 18-ounce bag of Boo-terscotch M&M’s
1 cup of harvest candy mix (sweet corn, sweet pumpkin)
1/2 cup Reese’s pieces
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, mix the cereals, pretzels and bugles
In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla, then pour in the dry mixture. Stir to coat.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a Silpat, spread the mixture in an even layer
Bake at 275 for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. (Your house will smell INCREDIBLE)
Spread on waxed paper to cool and then throw away with the pieces of candy.
Keep in an airtight container and eat by the handful
