Slow Cooker Olive Garden Chicken Pasta

Pasta cooked with Italian Olive Garden dressing, parmesan and cream cheese. The penne pasta is added at the end of the cooking time.

Ingredients:

1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast (1.5-2 pounds works well)
16 ounces. Olive Garden Italian Dressing (or any other Italian dressing you wish)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 oz. of cream cheese
Add these items after the cooking time is over:
16 oz. of penne pasta cooked according to package directions and drain well.
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker.
Pour in Olive Garden Italian dressing and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pepper.
Put the cream cheese on top.
Put the lid on the slow cooker. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or on LOW for 5-6 hours.
When the cooking time is almost finished, start cooking the pasta on the stove as indicated on the package.
Shred the chicken with 2 forks. Drain the pasta and add it to the chicken and the sauce. Stir. Sprinkle the rest of the parmesan cheese.
Serve and enjoy!
