WHITE CHOCOLATE OATMEAL CRANBERRY COOKIES

Oatmeal and blueberry cookies with fresh blueberries, oatmeal, white chocolate chips and nuts. A delicious and simple vacation cookie recipe to add to your baking list that everyone will love.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of butter at room temperature
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3 cups of old-fashioned oatmeal
1 cup of fresh blueberries cut in quarters
1 cup of chopped nuts
1 cup of white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350F.
In a large mixing bowl, spread butter and sugar until creamy. Mix the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla.
In a separate bowl, beat the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add the flour mixture to the butter and sugar mixture and stir until well combined.
Add the oatmeal, cranberries, nuts and white chocolate chips.
Place one tablespoon of dough on an ungreased cookie sheet for each cookie, leaving 2 inches of space between each mound of dough.
Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes or until cookies begin to brown on the edges. Cool on a cooling rack.
